About Robert L. Chiles - Bob has over 35 years experience in the Missouri clay business ranging from managing clay testing laboratories to general manager of a clay processing operation for 25 years.  Experienced in rotary kiln operations, mining, crushing and grinding.

About Richard D. Chiles - Richard joined his father in 1999 to build and operate the Callaway plant.  Richard has 15 years experience in machinery operations.

About Doris M. Chiles - Doris has 30 years experience as chief executive officer of two local housing programs and worked for seven years as a Federal employee with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
